Born in Ohio on November 16, 1979.

Kurt weighed 7lbs, blonde hair, blue eyes and on the go from day one.

2004

Passed away on June 29, 2004 at the age of 24.

We lost Kurt in an automobile accident. He is loved and missed more than I can say. My tears will forever flow. My heart will forever ache. My soul will forever be broken. I love you my son.
