Susan, I wanted you and your precious angel Kurt to know how much it means to me to get home from work and find the beautiful little angel cards I have been recieving in the mail. I stay so depressed and when I see one it lifts my spirits so much. I think you are a wonderful person Susan, to reach out to me when I know you are suffering the loss of your son too.

I know your pain all too well, for I lost my only son a little over 8 years ago.  It is a difficult path we have to walk now, but God and our angels are always with us and will help us along.  May God continue to bless you with His peace, strength, and comfort for each day, and may you always feel Kurt's loving presence surrounding you with his eternal love for you.

The Cord

We are connected, my son and I,
by an invisible cord not seen by the eye.
It’s not like the cord that connects us at birth,
this cord can’t be seen by any on earth.
This cord does its work right from the start,
it binds us together, attached by the heart.
I know that it’s there, though no one can see
this invisible cord, from my son to me.
The strength of this cord,
it’s hard to describe,
it can’t be destroyed, it can’t be denied.
It’s stronger than any cord man could create;
it withstands the test, can hold any weight.
And though you are gone and you’re not here with me,
the cord is still there though no one can see.
It pulls at my heart, I am bruised, I am sore,
but this cord is my lifeline as never before.
I’m thankful that God connects us this way,
a Mother and Child.... Death can't take it away.

This is a very special angel
as you can plainly see
The reason it's so special is
It's just for you, from me.
Whenever you are lonely
Or even feeling blue
You only have to see this angel
To know I think of you.

So keep this angel with you
