A PARENT'S PRAYER
Dear God,
You sent a child to me
To fill my life with joy,
And only You knew which was best --
A little girl or boy.
Somehow I took for granted, Lord,
That we would have a lifetime,
And I made so many future plans
For that precious child of mine.
Enchanted by that Miracle,
Caught up in each new day,
I guess I didn't hear You, Lord,
When You said, 'This one can't stay.'
I trust You, Lord. Thy will; not mine,
Yet I can't understand
This sudden loss -- the emptiness --
Lord, guide me with your hand.
I know my child's an angel now
But my heart is aching so.
I'm sorry I wasn't ready, Lord,
To let my baby go.
There wasn't time for one last hug;
There was no final kiss.
Oh God, it's all those special smiles
That I already miss.
So Lord, could you do just one thing

Thinking of Susan & Kurt / Joane -. Chip's Mom (BAFF) Hello my friend, Susan! I am sorry I haven't been on here much lately to light candles or say thank you. I tried a bit while I was out of town but my time was limited.
I just saw the graphics you made for my Chip -- they are beautiful and thank you so much! I WILL - I am DETERMINED to learn how to do some of these so I can honor our Kurt and other angels. It is so weird how your heart swells with love and respect for the precious angels that their spirit has lift this earth and gone before us -- how you feel even closer to their families - Moms and Dads -- than you do with people you grew up your whole life with. They just don't understand -- but then if they did -- they would have sufferred such a terrible loss and I do not wish anyone else to ever travel this road. There are way too many of us already . . .
I am working from home this week so I will give you a call and we can chat - it has been a while.
Again, Susan, thanks for the graphics, for all the candles you light for Chip and all the other angels.

Our Blessing / Cheryl Radford (Connected by Angels ) Susan thank you for taking the time to pay Tribute and leave such a beautiful reading on Jeremy's site. It would seem that with 'our boys' sharing a birthdate it gave us the privilege of experiencing some similar characteristics. Although Jezza's Star Sign was Scorpio, I never experienced the 'Sting' for which they are renowned. I appreciate the privilege of being able to take a 'peek' into the life of your beautiful angel. Kurtis is gorgeous with a smile to match. Would always melt your heart. I am sure? Did you also experience signs of the Indigo Child? I am so grateful to have the opportunity to be a part of Angel Families. It has given me enormous peace during very difficult times. My love and heartfelt blessings go to you and the family. I pray that our angels will bless us from above and help us to move forward in order to honour their memory and keep their spirit alive within us. May you find Peace and Love in 2008. I have missed you, Kurt & Susan! / Joane -. Mom To Chip Bishop (BAFF) How is my angel Kurt? I know you and all your friends in heaven had a glorious Christmas. I just finished up our family Christmas this morning (Saturday - 12/29/07) and wanted to try and get on here and let my angels know that even though I was not able to get on here to light candles, you were still in my heart and on my mind - your memory is always there.
Watch over Mom and give her the strength she needs to visit Ian and his family at your old house -- God MAY have a special thing for her through that house -- it is a part of you and your memory. You know that I will be there to encourage her to do what she needs to do. Listen to that -- she is one of the strongest people I know but like all of us, sometimes she doesn't think so.
Take care, angel! Keep all the guys on the straight and narrow. And tell Chip to give Pudge' s sunglasses back -- I just know he sneaks them away from him as Chip has a thing for sunglasses.

Kurt/ Mom I need you with me today. Ian is moving into the last house you lived in when you were here. I have not been back to that house, nor have I been on that road. I hope I can do this. I survived Christmas, but the days after have been hard on me. Ian is really looking forward to moving, but I know I won't be able to go there as often as I did where they are now.
